Does anyone else here have problems with the Internet dropping in and out ALL THE TIME! 
We've had the router and modem renewed and relocated into the lounge but it's signal is still terrible.
I just wondered if we're all having similar problems??

Hi Lynn

I noticed at Xmas time the performance of the Internet varied widely during the course of the day.  I think that was a function of the fact that the community was full at the time and the Sunset Lakes Comcast infrastructure is getting old (see HOA minutes - even Comcast admits that).  At other times while the service has been functional it's not been great.  Running Ping tests directly off my Comcast router confirmed that. Henry Beaver sees this as an issue between homeowners and Comcast and chose then to not get involved.
